1. Definitions
In these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings specified:
- “Service” refers to legal consulting and support services for Information Technology businesses and professionals
- “User” means any individual or entity accessing or utilizing our legal services
- “Platform” encompasses our website, online consultation tools, and digital service delivery mechanisms
- “Content” includes all materials, documents, advice, and communications provided through our services
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Legal IT Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
3. User Eligibility
Users must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Operate within the legal jurisdiction of Canada
- Represent a legitimate business or professional entity in the IT sector

6. Service Limitations and Liability
Our legal services are provided “as is” with no explicit guarantees. We limit our liability to:
- Direct service fees paid
- Maximum of CAD $50,000
- Excludes consequential or indirect damages
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be:

- Consultation outputs become user property upon successful engagement
